Description
8/3/2024: A special program was held from 10 to 2 p.m. to have lunch with the kids who attended camp during the summer along with their guests (families grandparents etc.). Certificates were given to camp participants. A part of the program was focused on patriotism and small flags were distributed to all. A retirement of flags were held that all were encoraged to participate in. 12 Veterans who were either fathers or grandfathers of campers participated. A local drugstore chain (Walgreen) donated a backpack and general school needs to participants. A total of 14 campers participated. NOLA sponsored.
