Helped 5 different Veterans navigate their VA claims appeals and benefits providing guidance to them on where to find VA Accredited Service Officers where to find their specific injuries or ailments in the CFR/VA SRD and what the C&M examiners are looking for. Contacted the local DAV to get members/veterans the help they needed.
