| Description |
| Member and husband of a Veteran admiited wife via emergency room at SMH on September 22 2024 where she remained in a room for 11 days until she was transferred to Greenbriar Nursing and Rehab Slidell LA on October 2 2024 where she had to learn to walk able to eat again etc. Patient was discharged on October 22 2024 and will receive extensie therapy and confined for extensive bed rest. She had been shown as ""critical"" for most of the time. Member is her husband - was with his wife every day from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. for a total of 31 days. Total of 248 hours. |
