| Description |
| Member visits elderly aunt 2x 2x week; helps with hygiene cooking and cleaning. Also helping Aunt participate in outdoor events in attempt to get Aunt out of her house and eventually into Assistant Living. For examples PT is now done on out-patient appointment and lunch afterwards. Aunt now goes to grocery store weekly with member. |
