| Description |
| VFW Post 7017 held our annual awards ceremony in which we honor students teachers firefighters police officers and sheriff's department officers for thier outstanding dedication and service to our community. The winner in each category recieced a plaque and the second and third place winners recieved a certificate of appreciation or merit. We had pot luck food for all. We had a great turnout and packed our post building to capacity. VFW Auxiliary members present: Debbie Sutton and Jeanne Rizan. Post members present: Bill Hawn Carl Karnish Mike McKee John LaMonica Mike Felder Vance Sutton James Burcalow Jim Bussolati Mike Stafford and Brian Lambert. Hours include cleaning and setting up the ceremony and break down and dish washing. Money spent (underestimate!) went towards awards decorations and food and drink. |
