| Description |
| VFW Post 7017 Held our annual Memorial Day Service for the departed veterans. Our Service was held at Evergreen Cemetery in Denham Springs. Seale Funeral Home provided the coffin and flag as well as the space to do it in. We had a full Memorial Service complete with 21 Gun Salute. We were assisted by the Walker Jr. High ROTC who presented the colors and retired them at the end of the service. Volunteers came out early and placed flags on all the veterans graves (approx. 150+) |
