There will be 3 different ways for Hotel Reservations to be booked.

 ·      BOOK ONLINE: Visit http://www.alexandriaholidayinn.com *USE THE CODE COA    (This code is ONLY for the Holiday Inn). **If you book your room online, you DO NOT need to send this form in!

·      BOOK BY TELEPHONE: Contact the front desk at 318-541-8333  to book your room.   **If you book your by telephone, you DO NOT need to send a form in!

 

We encourage all newly elected Post Commanders and Quartermasters to attending this meeting. We will present a lot of information that will be helpful throughout the year.
